01Current status
This store is a prototype. It cannot accept payment, create an order, or ship merchandise. The policy below is the intended launch position and must be confirmed against the final fulfillment setup.
02Dispatch
In-stock orders are expected to leave the warehouse within 2–4 business days. Preorder timing, where applicable, will be stated on the product page before purchase.
03Rates and tracking
Available delivery methods and exact rates will appear at checkout. A tracking link will be sent after dispatch. Duties and import taxes, if any, are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
04Returns
The proposed return window is 30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags. Final-sale goods and used items will not be accepted.
05Problems with an order
Report damaged, defective, or incorrect goods within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can put it right quickly.
