This prototype does not create customer accounts, send form submissions, or process payments. The local bag is stored only in your browser. Vercel may collect standard technical analytics when the site is deployed.
02Information collected at launch
The final store will need contact, delivery, payment-status, and order information to fulfill purchases. Payment card details should be handled by Shopify and its payment providers, not stored directly by Charity™.
03How information is used
Information will be used to fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal duties, and send marketing only where consent has been given.
04Sharing
Customer information may be shared with Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment partners, carriers, analytics providers, and professional advisers only as needed to operate the store. It will not be sold as a side hustle.
05Your choices
Launch terms must explain how to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of marketing consent, subject to applicable law and recordkeeping duties.
